Calvin is an entrepreneur and mining professional with 17 years of real estate experience as an owner, General Partner, and Limited Partner across single-family, residential & commercial multifamily, and senior assisted living assets in the U.S. and Colombia.

 

He specializes in asset management, investor relations, underwriting, market research, and business strategy.

 

He also brings over 18 years of international experience as an economic geologist, having worked throughout Latin America, North America, Australia, Central Asia, and Africa. He has held senior roles at Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies and remains an active investor in the resource sector.

Calvin holds a B.S. in Geology and Geophysics and an M.S. in Mineral Science.

Amar is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, currently serving in a mid level senior executive leadership role at a Fortune 500 firm.

 

He is a key Principle for multiple projects, leveraging his extensive background in real estate, which includes a diverse portfolio and a robust network of seasoned professionals. Amar's impressive analytical skills allow him to assess investment opportunities effectively, aiming to maximize returns while preserving the principal for investors. His real estate ventures encompass over 1,000 doors in multifamily (self storage, and RV/mobile home parks (RV across various states, including Florida, Indiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Kansas and Alaska). 

 

Amar's expertise is further strengthened by his academic achievements. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University, which provides a solid foundation in engineering principles and their applications across industries. Currently, Amar is pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University, demonstrating his commitment to staying informed about the latest trends in the real estate industry.

Rod Khleif is a multiple business owner and philanthropist who is passionate about business, high performance, real estate and giving back. As one of the country's top real estate and peak performance luminaries, he has also owned over 2000 properties.

 

Rod Khleif soared from humble beginnings as a young, impoverished Dutch immigrant to incredible success. Rod's experience involves both remarkable triumphs, and spectacular failures, which he affectionately calls "seminars.' Rod will explain the mindset required to recover from losing $50 million dollars in the crash of 2008 to the success he enjoys today.
